Blue Buffalo in Richmond, IN is hiring a Logistics Operator for 12-hour shifts (7am–7pm or 7pm–7am). The role focuses on forklift operation, material handling, and ensuring accurate outbound loading in a fast-paced pet-food production facility.

Shift schedule is 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off with a night differential. Candidates should have forklift experience, basic warehouse software familiarity, and physical ability to lift 50 lbs.

Formación

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year forklift experience (manufacturing/warehouse preferred).
• Experience in warehouse operations and WMS preferred (SAP, Blue Yonder).
• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment preferred.
• Forklift license/certification or willingness to obtain one.

Responsabilidades

• Operate forklift and high lift equipment within production and warehouse operations.
• Select, prepare, and load product for outbound shipment per customer specifications.
• Responsible for storage of finished product and loading/inspection of outbound finished product.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to increase platform performance.
• Assist in training new employees.
