Job summary

Bachoco USA in Fort Smith, AR is seeking an In Town Driver for the 3rd shift to support local poultry plant transportation. You will shuttle trailers and equipment between Fort Smith facilities and coordinate with dispatch to ensure timely deliveries.

This role requires a Class-A CDL, 12 months of verifiable driving experience, no major violations, and the ability to pass a DOT physical and drug test. Safety, reliability and adherence to regulations are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have Class-A CDL Drivers License.
• Must have 12 months of verifiable driving experience.
• No major driving violations and be able to pass a D.O.T. physical and drug test.
• Less than high school education or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver trailers as directed by dispatch on a local route.
• Move and drop equipment with move planner guidance.
• Rotate equipment for maintenance.
• Provide service to plants with a service-oriented mindset.
• Maintain complete records of trailer movements.
• Adhere to DOT and state training/documentation requirements.
• Other duties as required by dispatch or management.
