Lee Beverage of Wisconsin is seeking a 2nd Shift Pallet Manager in Rothschild, WI. The role involves operating powered equipment, inspecting for defects, stocking until products run down, and overseeing pallet flow from QA to staging.

You’ll learn the palletization process, handle truck check-ins, and ensure loading accuracy under supervisor guidance. Responsibilities include managing pallet wrappers, maintaining area cleanliness, and taking on any additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Report to work Monday – Thursday at assigned work time. Check in with supervisor to see if there are any special tasks for the day.
• Use assigned powered equipment that you will be using for the day. Inspect before using for any defects and report them to your supervisor.
• Stocking as products run down.
• Truck check in process.
• Learn the computer palletization process and how to pick product.
• Manage workflow of pallet wrappers. Check pallets that fail QA process. Route pallets to correct staging areas.
• Load pallets onto bay and end load trucks. Check for loading accuracy.
• Return powered equipment to assigned area when loading is completed. If the equipment requires charging, make sure the equipment is connected properly. Report any defects or issues with the equipment to your supervisor.
• Clean pallet wrapper area. Check for any defects or issues with pallet wrappers and report to supervisor.
• Report to your supervisor to be assigned any additional cleaning tasks that need to be completed that day
