Clyde's Restaurant Group is opening Ebbitt House in Reston and seeks a Night Line Cook to join the opening team. The role offers competitive pay and a flexible schedule with part-time, full-time, and on-call shifts.

You'll set up the station, read orders, follow recipes, and maintain cleanliness and food safety standards. Walk-in interviews are welcome at the Recruiting Center on Oct 24-28, 10am-5pm.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cook desired, preferably in upscale dining.
• Hardworking, attentive and hospitality-driven.

Responsibilities

• Set up cooking station with delicious food products and supplies.
• Read computerized orders and use recipes to cook orders.
• Clean, restock, and organize workstation during the shift.
• Follow Clyde’s high standards for food safety and quality.
