Job summary

Responsibilities

• Gauge production and perform operational checks on wells, equipment and facilities.
• Perform lease maintenance and minor repairs; keep the work area clean.
• Maintain heater, separator and other pressure vessels to standards.
• Maintain fluid pumps and report daily production data.
• Collaborate with Engineers and Foremen on wells and lease activities.
• Adhere to safety and environmental policies and procedures.

Job Description: Permian Resources (NYSE: PR) is currently seeking a Night Lease Operator in Midland, TX. This position would work a 14-on / 14-off schedule. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily oil and gas well testing, operating and maintenance of assigned oil and gas process equipment, including the identification of problems, documentation, and production reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong technical as well as communication skills and be able to contribute his/her expertise while working on multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

General Responsibilities

• Gauge production and perform operational checks on assigned wells, equipment and facilities.
• Perform lease maintenance, such as minor production repairs and maintaining a clean working environment.
• Maintain heater, separator, and other pressure vessels to company standards.
• Maintain fluid pumps.
• Report daily production data including well pressures and performance of Artificial Lift.
• Collaborate with other employees including Engineers, Foreman, etc. concerning wells and lease activities.
• Perform work in a manner that ensures the secure and environmentally safe operation of all wells and leases for which the pumper is responsible.
• Adhere to all safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
