Express Employment Covina is seeking a Lead Machine Operator for our client in La Verne, CA, for a night shift from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM. This full-time role offers hands-on leadership in a climate-controlled warehouse environment.

You will operate and set up production machines, supervise operators, monitor quality, troubleshoot, inspect parts, and report issues to the supervisor while maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating experience required.
• Lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read work instructions and basic drawings.
• Basic knowledge of measuring tools and quality requirements.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up production machines.
• Assign daily work and help operators with production needs.
• Monitor production, quality, and machine performance.
• Assist with machine adjustments, setups, and basic troubleshooting.
• Inspect parts to make sure they meet specifications.
• Train and assist machine operators as needed.
• Report equipment, material, or quality issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
