Job summary

Worthington Middle School is seeking a Class II Night Lead Custodian to oversee the night crew under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent and Head Custodian. Responsibilities include coordinating work orders, setting up for events, and performing cleaning and maintenance tasks.

The role requires leadership of the night staff, with additional duties such as snow/ice removal and summer cleaning activities. The position is full-time with benefits and a starting date as soon as possible.

Qualifications

• High school or trade school degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prioritize, and monitor the night crew work operations.
• Assign work orders to building cleaners and set up equipment and supplies for evening events.
• Assist in cleaning assigned areas and perform general maintenance.
• Assist in snow/ice removal on sidewalks and entry areas.
• Participate in summer cleaning activities.
