Qualifications

• Ability to read and write in English at a level appropriate for duties.
• Ability to use computers to track work orders and manage supplies.
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative relationships with others.
• Ability to analyze situations and take appropriate action.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, lead a group of custodians and perform related duties as required for regular or overtime shifts.
• Maintain safety with PPE and respond to hazards.
• Provide excellent customer service and be courteous to students, faculty and staff.
• Lead a team and foster a cohesive leadership environment.
