Soelberg's Market in Grantsville, UT is seeking an amazing person to join our management team as a part-time leader. You will guide a fast-paced, upbeat crew, focusing on service and quality to ensure guests leave satisfied every time they visit.

You must be 21+ and able to give directions, resolve issues with teammates, and perform some heavy lifting. A flexible schedule including weekends is required; experience is a bonus but not necessary. Starting at $16 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Leadership and team coordination experience preferred, not required.

Service and quality are key to us. You will be working with a fast-paced, upbeat crew whose primary focus is making sure our guests leave satisfied each time they visit. You must be 21 years or older for this part-time position. Must have the ability to give directions to others and handle and solve any issues that may arise with your team members. Some heavy lifting is required. Must have a flexible schedule and be available for weekend rotations. Experience is a bonus but not necessary. This position starts at $16 per hour.
