Job summary

H.B. Fuller in Tucker, GA is seeking a Lab Technician to support manufacturing through quality testing and meticulous recordkeeping. This on-site night-shift role runs 12 hours on a 2-2-3 schedule (6pm–6:30am) with weekends alternating off, and requires accurate documentation in SAP and Prism Log.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year laboratory experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with SAP/ERP and MS Office. Travel is occasional; safety and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year laboratory experience preferred within chemical manufacturing.
• Knowledge of laboratory testing methods and quality control processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document data accurately.
• Ability to travel occasionally as required.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing by performing quality testing and documenting results.
• Maintain SAP and Prism Log documentation for test results.
• Review batch tickets and assist production scheduling to ensure proper production sequences.
• Communicate quality concerns and non-conformances to production and quality leadership.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in laboratory and quality processes.
