You will follow GMP procedures, maintain regulatory compliance, and participate in continuous improvement while safeguarding customer and company assets. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential for this on-site role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two-year Applied Science Degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, or Microbiology preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a food laboratory preferred.
• Kansas Department of Agriculture Sampler Certification and Certified Industry Analyst for PMO Appendix-N testing of Drug Residue in Milk.

Responsabilités

• Follow GMPs and work in compliance with food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and federal regulations.
• Test incoming and outgoing product for suitability and compliance with standards.
• Notify supervision of out-of-range values and maintain lab records and inventory.
• Maintain confidentiality and collaborate with customers, vendors, and peers.
