Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in a leadership role in a healthcare, laboratory, or high‑volume production environment.
• Or 1 year leadership experience with an Associates degree or higher in business, healthcare, or related field.
• Oral/written communication skills, analytical/strategic skills required.
• Must possess the ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• May require a valid driver’s license and eligibility for company auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a group of employees to meet operational goals in cost centers or departments.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Perform day‑to‑day supervision in a laboratory/production setting to support operational objectives.
