You will maintain cleanliness in dining, kitchen, bar, and public areas during overnight hours, supporting chefs and service staff to ensure a hygienic, safe environment for guests and crew.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work independently through long shifts in a remote lodge setting in Alaska.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Eligibility to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• Ability to read and follow safety procedures and cleanliness standards.

Responsabilités

• Maintain clean dining, bar, kitchen, and public areas during overnight hours.
• Support cooks, servers, and bartenders with supplies and assistance.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, restrooms, and storage areas.
• Ensure guest and employee areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Maintain closet inventories and assist with storage and service areas.
