Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate janitorial teams across sites.
• Conduct quality control inspections.
• Train new hires in cleaning protocols and safety procedures.
• Assist scheduling with Jr Operations Manager and cover shifts.
• Perform cleaning duties as needed (floors, windows, carpets).
• Track inventory of chemicals and supplies; report to Jr Ops Manager.
• Coordinate annual project schedules for contracts.
• Maintain vehicle and ensure proper use.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information.
