Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Valid CPR/FR certification.
• Two to three years of custodial supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all Agency policies and procedures and follow contract specifications.
• Manage and supervise custodian assignments for the cleaning crews for a specific shift/area.
• Evaluate supervisor assigned custodial staff.
• Maintain daily logs of cleaning discrepancies.
• Train custodial staff on procedures per contract specifications.
• Review time sheets and ensure timely submissions.
• Ensure compliance with dress code and personal hygiene standards.
• Interact with inspectors to address discrepancies.

Education
