Job summary

All Aviation Jobs is seeking a janitorial shift supervisor to oversee terminal cleaning crews on assigned shifts, including weekends. You will supervise, train, and inspect custodial staff, ensuring contract compliance and high-quality service for the airport environment.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, adherence to safety policies, and the ability to manage schedules, time sheets, and reporting to the project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum two (3) years’ custodial supervision and administrative duties.
• Experience with building service management and cleaning operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodian assignments for a specific shift/area.
• Schedule general janitorial services per contract specifications.
• Train staff on proper cleaning procedures and safety.
• Review inspections and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Maintain time/attendance records and prepare required reports.
