Job summary

Harvard Maintenance, Inc. is hiring for janitorial staff in the United States. A Cleaner handles basic cleaning of common areas, restrooms, entrances, and offices, with multiple shifts including full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling bins; dispose of waste properly.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums.
• Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
