Job summary

Harvard Maintenance, Inc. is hiring a Cleaner to perform basic cleaning across offices and facilities. The role offers multiple shifts, including full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities, with a competitive USD 24.00 per hour wage.

You will clean restrooms, break rooms, entrances, and common areas; mop, sweep, vacuum, and operate floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums while following health and safety policies.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and reliable transportation.
• Able to perform physical duties (bending, lifting, standing).

Responsibilities

• Perform basic cleaning of all areas and surfaces.
• Clean, sanitize, restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling, dispose of waste properly.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; operate cleaning equipment.
• Follow health and safety regulations and report issues.
• Attend to spills and incidents as needed.
