Qualifications

• Minimum janitorial supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience managing a team in a custodial environment.
• Ability to train and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversees training for custodial associates and enforces safety policies.
• Conducts one-on-one coaching and performance feedback.
• Ensures proper use of janitorial equipment, PPE and chemicals.
• Performs administrative tasks related to scheduling and records.
• Supports the training coordinator and ensures compliance.
