Qualifications

• Previous janitorial experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Train custodial associates and oversee training activities.
• Conduct classroom and hands-on training on safety and company policies.
• Update training on janitorial equipment, PPE and chemical usage.
• Provide trainee feedback during orientation and review records.
• Ensure OSHA and safety compliance and perform inspections.
• Conduct walk-through building inspections and support disciplinary actions as needed.
