Job summary
Polaris Pharmacy Services of Ohio is seeking an IV Pharmacy Technician to work overnight under a Registered Pharmacist. You will fill prescriptions, prepare sterile compounds, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- State-registered Pharmacy Technician license.
- Minimum 1 year working as an IV pharmacy technician.
- Knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
- Experience with medications, IVs, and filling prescriptions.
- Order entry and insurance billing experience.
Responsibilities
- Fill prescriptions and prepare Sterile Compounding according to standards.
- Work under supervision of a Registered Pharmacist; follow procedures.
- Maintain Sterile Compounding room and QA per USP 797.
- Data entry and recordkeeping for prescriptions and inventories.
- Assist pharmacists with facility communications and calls.
- Maintain pumps, cleanliness, and safety in IV area.
- Support readiness for audits and regulatory compliance.
