Job summary

Wsi is seeking an hourly Inventory Receiving Clerk for the night shift (5:00 PM - 1:30 AM) at our San Bernardino distribution center. You will coordinate with DC personnel and management, prepare manifests and picklists, and monitor outbound orders in Geode while ensuring accurate customer instructions and reporting.

The role requires daily interaction with internal teams and clients, including data entry of forms and maintenance of records.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with DC personnel and management
• Create manifests, tally sheets, and picklists
• Generate security codes
• Monitor and maintain all outbound orders in Geode
• Validate and communicate necessary customer instructions/requirements
• Complete required internal and external daily/weekly/monthly forms, reporting and dashboards
• Interface internally, with the client, their customers, and the carriers
• Maintain filing of records
• Other duties as assigned
