Job summary

St. Luke’s University Health Network is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist for Anderson Campus. Full time, 40 hours per week, nights, Mon-Fri from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM with flexibility and no weekends.

Responsibilities include ordering and controlling inventory, data entry, updating par stock, and ensuring proper labeling and stock turnover. Qualifications: High School Diploma with inventory control background; strong data entry skills and computer experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be accurate in dealing with figures and have prior computer experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required; inventory control background preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage stock levels.

Responsibilities

• Order and control inventory in assigned areas.
• Maintain adequate stock turnover and update par stock papers.
• Enter issues, returns and credits into the computer system.
• Expedite with Purchasing items that are out of stock or low stock and communicate status.
• Maintain shelf labels and file requisitions and reports.
• Handle Linen per Hospital Policy and Infection Control standards.
• Keep area neat and compliant with EOC, DOH, JCACHO.
• Assist with recalls and product conversions.
