Quality Custom Distribution (QCD) in Franklin Park, IL, is looking for a Warehouse Night Auditor to maintain inventory accuracy and support smooth warehouse operations. The role focuses on cycle counts, data entry, and reconciling variances to keep shelves aligned with books.

You’ll work on the floor in multi-temp environments, perform audits, and communicate issues to leadership, ensuring precise inventory control and timely product movement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a related role.
• Strong math and data entry skills, along with organization and problem-solving.
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of ownership.
• Comfort lifting to 75 pounds and working in chilled, dry, or frozen zones.
• Comfortable using Excel or other inventory tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Spend most of your shift on the warehouse floor in multi-temp environments.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Enter and validate data in inventory systems: track, review, and report inventory variances.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Use systems and tools to track and reconcile inventory.
• Communicate inventory concerns clearly and promptly to leadership.
