Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required for daily communication.
• Location involves night shifts and weekend work on rotation.
• Intermodal and/or railroad experience preferred but not required.
• Strong safety and compliance focus with training ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight intermodal terminal and yard operations.
• Coordinate with drivers, dispatch, and maintenance teams.
• Monitor safety compliance and enforce procedures.
• Plan labor needs and ensure efficient container transfers.
