Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with needs.
• Stock, organize and maintain inventory and store signage for GM areas.
• Assist guests in locating items and resolving issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Support team efforts and help peers while staying positive and productive.
• Operate required equipment safely and adhere to policies and procedures.
• Complete other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
