Job summary

Target is hiring for an Inbound Expert in Seattle, WA. The role focuses on guest service, inventory accuracy and efficient shelf operations to ensure a smooth shopping experience. You will greet guests, help locate items, stock merchandise and support team members across shifts.

The position requires a friendly, adaptable individual who can work nights, weekends and holidays as needed. Training is provided to build skills in customer service and store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Stock, organize and store reserve product and keep merchandise available on the sales floor.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup and Drive Up while maintaining compliance with policies.
