Target in Danvers, MA is seeking an Inbound Expert to deliver a friendly guest experience and support General Merchandise operations. You will greet guests, help them locate items, and process transactions while keeping shelves stocked and well-presented.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments: greet guests at 10ft and 4ft, help guests find what they need, and thank them at the end of transactions.
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience.
• Execute a detailed, accurate and efficient sorting operation.
• Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise.
• Maintain product availability on the sales floor for GM categories.
• Operate powered equipment if certified while unloading freight or moving merchandise.
• Process defective merchandise and handle ESIM items per laws.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
• Work safely and report hazards; support guest services like back-up cashier, OPU and Drive up.
