Job summary

MUSC Health Florence Pulmonary Critical Care is seeking a dedicated Nocturnal Advanced Practice Provider to join our inpatient critical care team. The APP will work with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to assess, diagnose, and manage complex patients overnight.

The role offers a 7 on 7 off schedule (7PM-7AM), inpatient care for adults, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and opportunities for teaching and professional growth within a nationally recognized health system.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program with current SC licensure or eligibility.
• ACLS certification required; enrollment permitted if not current by start date.
• DHEC and DEA licensure as applicable.
• Prior hospital medicine or ICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nocturnal inpatient critical care evaluations, diagnoses, and management overnight.
• Document and bill for direct care; participate in patient rounds and care transitions.
• Initiate referrals and consults with attending or collaborating physicians.
• Potential to precept students and support ongoing professional development.
