Qualifications

• At least two years Advanced Practitioner experience in inpatient care, preferably in a Critical Care setting.
• Washington license, ACLS, and DEA licensing required at the time of starting work.
• Fundamentals of Critical Care Support and Palliative Academy in the first year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-acuity critical care across five hospital settings.
• Comprehensive patient management, from assessment to treatment plan execution.
• Mentor and collaborate with fellows in the VMFH Critical Care APP Fellowship Program.
