Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate production equipment and processes.
• Troubleshoot and adjust as required to maintain specifications.
• Report daily production, efficiency, scrap, and capability data.
• Follow job instructions and safety policies at all times.
• Maintain quality specs and participate in cross-training as needed.
• Perform tooling changes and ensure proper alignment and parameters.
• Train others on production processes and procedures.
• Observe safety and housekeeping rules and document anomalies.
• Monitor gauges, controls, and machine status to prevent downtime.
• Refer to hazard handling procedures and comply with waste protocols.
• Support continuous improvement and adhere to supervisor instructions.
