Pediatric Home Service (PHS) is seeking nurses to deliver pediatric home health care for medically complex children. You will provide care in patients' homes and schools, support families, and contribute to a stable, child-centered care plan.

• Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday 6p-6a
• Patient Specifics: 19 year old with a G-tube

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
