Pediatric Home Service (PHS) seeks compassionate nurses to deliver one-on-one pediatric care in home and school settings. You will support children with complex medical needs, administering therapies, managing G-tube and ventilator care, and educating families to promote safe, comfortable home living.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling and meaningful, patient-centered care, with opportunities across full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts, supporting families in Kansas communities.

Formación

• No pediatric home care experience required; comprehensive training and 24/7 clinical support provided.
• Care delivered 1:1 with a focus on pediatric patients.
• Ability to adapt to home and school settings and manage complex pediatric needs.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and monitor patient condition and communicate changes with the care team
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and educate families

• Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday 6p-6a
• Patient Specifics: 19 year old with a G-tube

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
