Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. seeks an LPN/RN for full-time 3rd shift located in Emporium for home health care. Provides patient care under supervision of a registered nurse and aligns with patient plans, policies and regulations.

Requirements include PA LPN/LVN license and ideally 1200 hours of recent LPN experience or preceptor participation. Travel within the geographic area is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited vocational school for LPN/LVN and licensed in PA.
• Prefer 1200 hours of LPN experience within the last 12 months or office preceptor participation.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN or physician with procedures and patient care.
• Complete clinical notes and document patient progress.
• Report changes to RN supervisor promptly.
• Assist with patient plan of care and teach self-care techniques.
• Possess CPR ability and adhere to nursing standards.
