Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recognize and report changes in patient condition to the RN supervisor.
• Complete timely clinical notes addressing patient progress.
• Assist the RN or physician in procedures and in carrying out the patient plan of care.
• Assist the client in learning self-care techniques.
• Travel within geographic area to assignments.
