Position Purpose And Summary

The Night Guest Laundry Attendant ("NGLA") must demonstrate a strong commitment to providing the best experience for guests. Responsibilities include assisting guests overnight, checking them in and out according to company guidelines, completing laundry duties, answering phones, and ensuring safety and security procedures are followed.

Major / Key Job Duties

1. Provide excellent guest service, including check-in, check-out, and payment collection.
2. Handle all laundry tasks, including stain treatment, washing, drying, and folding linens, towels, blankets, and shower curtains.
3. Process all dishware according to standards, including washing, drying, and packaging.
4. Stock housekeeping carts, carts rooms, and laundry rooms with necessary products to maintain PAR levels.
5. Manage reservations, registrations, payments, and departures following company procedures.
6. Set up and maintain the grab-and-go breakfast area.
7. Conduct property tours to inspect cleanliness, trash collection, and maintenance needs.
8. Follow all safety, security, cash handling, and key control policies.

Other Duties

1. Assist with cleaning assigned areas, including front desk, breakroom, laundry, fitness room, vending areas, stairwells, and common areas.
2. Maintain overall hotel cleanliness.
3. Perform any additional duties as requested by management.

The typical shift is from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
