Position Purpose and Summary

The Night Guest Laundry Attendant ("NGLA") must demonstrate a strong commitment to providing an excellent guest experience. Responsibilities include assisting guests overnight with check-in and check-out, completing laundry duties, answering phones, and ensuring safety and security protocols are followed according to company standards.

Key Job Duties

1. Provide exceptional guest service and support.
2. Assist guests with check-in/check-out and process payments following company procedures.
3. Handle laundry tasks including stain treatment, washing, drying, and folding linens, towels, blankets, and shower curtains.
4. Process dishware as per standards, including washing, drying, and packaging.
5. Restock housekeeping carts, laundry rooms, and supply areas to maintain proper inventory levels.
6. Manage reservations, registrations, payments, and departures in line with policies.
7. Set up and maintain grab-and-go breakfast offerings.
8. Conduct property inspections for cleanliness and safety, including trash collection and minor maintenance reporting.
9. Adhere to all safety, security, and company policies, including cash handling and key control.

Other Duties

1. Assist with cleaning various hotel areas as assigned.
2. Maintain overall hotel cleanliness and order.
3. Perform any additional tasks as directed by management.

The shift for this role is typically from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Compensation

Pay ranges vary by state, with some examples including:

• California: $16.50 - $23.00
• Colorado: $16.00 - $19.00
• Illinois: $16.00 - $19.00
• New Jersey: $16.00 - $23.22
