Position Purpose and Summary

The Night Guest Laundry Attendant ("NGLA") must demonstrate a strong commitment to providing excellent guest experiences. Responsibilities include assisting guests overnight with check-in and check-out processes, laundry duties, answering phones, and ensuring safety and security standards are met in accordance with company policies.

Major / Key Job Duties

• Provide exceptional guest service and support.
• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and process payments following company guidelines.
• Handle laundry tasks including stain treatment, washing, drying, and folding linens and other items.
• Process dishware and maintain inventory in compliance with standards.
• Stock housekeeping carts, laundry rooms, and ensure PAR levels are maintained.
• Manage reservations, registrations, payments, and departures.
• Set up and maintain grab-and-go breakfast service according to brand standards.
• Conduct property tours to inspect cleanliness and safety, and address maintenance issues.
• Adhere to all safety, security, and company policies, including cash handling and key control.

Other Duties

• Assist with cleaning various hotel areas as assigned.
• Maintain overall hotel cleanliness.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by management.

The typical shift is from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.

Compensation

Pay ranges vary by state, for example:

• California: $16.50 - $23.00
• Colorado: $16.00 - $19.00
• Illinois: $16.00 - $19.00
• New Jersey: $16.00 - $23.22
• Washington: $16.66 - $21.10
