JobDiva, Inc. is hiring a GMP Associate I for overnight shifts in Clinton, PA. You will operate equipment, pack finished products, load hoppers, and address basic equipment faults via HMI screens.

The role emphasizes GMP, GDP, and cleanroom compliance in a safe, lean, team-oriented environment. The 12-hour night shift runs 6pm–6am on a 2-2-3 schedule, with overtime opportunities and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HMI systems and cleanroom procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and use PPE.
• Maintain cleanroom gowning and documentation (GDP).
• Load hoppers, assemble components, and monitor materials.
• Operate production equipment and resolve basic HMI faults.
• Support lean initiatives and participate in the 2-2-3 schedule.
