Job summary

CSI International Inc. is seeking a reliable night cleaner to maintain a clean facility in the evenings. You will perform a range of cleaning tasks, lock doors after hours, and arm alarms as required.

This role requires basic cleaning experience, ability to work independently or with a team, and adherence to safety guidelines. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
• Experience with cleaning products and safety practices.
• Able to follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning and upkeep of the building.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Restroom cleaning and refills.
• Empty trash and recycling.
• Remove debris and snow from sidewalks.
• Ensure doors are locked after hours.
• Clean spills with appropriate equipment.
• Lock up and possibly arm alarms.
• Report major repairs to supervisors.
• Complete tasks timely with minimal supervision.
• Keep cleaning supplies stocked.
• Coordinate with contract cleaners when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Be Doing

We are looking for a reliable and professional night cleaner to keep our facilities clean. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean facility by completing a variety of cleaning tasks to keep the buildings looking perfect. You will be tasked with keeping facilities clean in the evenings, potentially locking doors, and arming alarms. To work well in this role, you should have some cleaning experience and basic knowledge of various cleaning products.

Night Cleaner Responsibilities

• General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Cleaning and stock restrooms.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Remove debris and snow from sidewalks.
• Ensure doors are locked after hours.
• Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
• Lock up the facility, potentially arming alarms, independently.
• Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
• Work with a contract cleaning service when necessary.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor.

Night Cleaner Requirements

• Ability to manage your time efficiently.
• Work well when supervisors are not present.
• Able to communicate any potential problems to supervisors quickly.
• Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.
• Able to work independently or with a team.Able to use basic cleaning equipment.
• High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
