Job summary

Pilgrim’s is hiring for a FSQA Tech Nights position. You will perform food safety inspections, document results, and ensure plant procedures are followed. This role requires the ability to operate testing equipment and work in a cold environment.

Schedule Sunday night through Thursday night, 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with occasional weekends. Benefits include medical/dental/vision after 60 days, PTO, and a shift differential that reflects the night shift.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and operate testing equipment.
• Ability to use computer for email, routine data base activities, spreadsheets and graphics.
• Ability to work in cold environment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
• Ability work well with others.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Demonstrated ability to perform basic math skills including: addition, subtraction, division, multiplication.

Responsibilities

• Perform food safety inspections and quality verifications.
• Document inspection results.
• Follow proper plant procedures and policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
