Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Front Desk functions and team members.
• Direct service and management philosophy across Front Office.
• Observe staffing to meet guest service and financial objectives.
• Train team on credit policies to reduce bad debts and rebates.
• Promote same-day selling to maximize room revenue and occupancy.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to improve performance.
