The role emphasizes warm service, accuracy in cash handling, and contributing to safety and guest satisfaction. Night shifts require flexibility; a year in front desk is preferred and multilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a bonus.
• At least 1 year in front desk or guest service role preferred.
• Flexible to night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Strong communication and problem-solving to enhance guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and start their experience with warmth and efficiency.
• Acknowledge rewards club members and returning guests.
• Handle bookings, upsell opportunities, and share ways to improve stay.
• Process cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Check guests in/out, issue IDs and keys, and manage safety deposit boxes.
