CrossCountry Freight Solutions in Fargo, ND is seeking a Freight Handler for the 10pm–6am shift. You will load and unload freight from trailers using a forklift, pallet jack, or handcart, and you will be trained and certified to operate safety-sensitive equipment.

This is a safety-sensitive, non-exempt role with a set schedule and competitive pay. The position offers benefits and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.
• Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 90 pounds.
• At least 6 months of verifiable forklift experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment skills assessment.

Responsabilités

• Safely load and unload trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and/or hand cart.
• Use handheld scanners to track and document freight.
• Identify, sticker, and stage inbound freight accurately.
• Verify freight condition to meet quality standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
