Remedy Staffing is hiring several Forklift Operators in Ames, IA for temporary-to-hire roles. Shifts run 7:00pm–7:00am on a rotating schedule. Primary duties include operating a stand-up forklift (and occasional sit-down forklifts) and moving products within the facility.

Starting pay is $23.00 per hour plus a $1.00 shift incentive ($24.00/hour total). Requirements include living within 15–20 minutes of Ames and at least 90 days of stand-up forklift experience in a fast-paced, safety-focused

Qualifications

• Minimum 90 days experience operating a stand-up forklift.
• Must live within 15–20 minutes of Ames.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain safety.
• No smoking on premises.

Responsabilités

• Operate stand-up forklift and occasional sit-down forklifts.
• Use handheld scanner to locate products.
• Move finished products to the warehouse and place on racking.
• Load products from the warehouse into a semi-trailer.
