Job summary

ID Logistics US in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to load, unload, stock, and stage products using powered equipment. Maintain inventory accuracy and safety, and assist in physical inventories.

Working Wed–Sat with 12a–6a on Wed and 6pm–6am Thu–Sat; pay is $20.00/hr plus shift differential, with PPE and safety compliance required. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years of related experience; equipment certifications must be obtainable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three or more years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g. OSHA, company).
• Must be able to wear personal protective equipment as required by safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using powered industrial equipment.
• Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion.
• Inspect assigned equipment daily.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently according to work methods and OSHA standards.
• Unload inbound shipments and move products to storage locations.
• Stack and store products in designated areas.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment with exact counts and types.
• Move products from staging to rail cars, trailers, or containers.
• Ensure shipments are accurate and undamaged; report variances.
• Keep records to ensure tight inventory control and security.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Ensure proper stock rotation.
• Follow customer requirements to ensure accuracy.
