Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is hiring a Forklift Driver - Nights in Olive Branch, MS. The role focuses on scanning put-aways, pulling from reserve, and moving pallets with Raymond forklifts in a fast-paced distribution center.

Required are a high school diploma and at least 1 year of forklift experience (OP/RT/SW/DS). Onsite work, strong numerical accuracy, and good communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 1 year of forklift driving experience with an Order Picker (OP), Reach Truck (RT) and Swing Reach (SW) and Dock Stocker (DS)
• This is an onsite and in office role
• Basic knowledge of troubleshooting the RF Scanner
• Able to read and match numbers to ensure accuracy when completing orders
• Possess good communication skills
• Must be able to meet/exceed Labor Management (LM) Rates on a weekly basis
• Flexible to work alternate schedules during peak season and other high-volume times
• Available to work in various departments and buildings as needed
• Focus on maintaining a safe working environment at all times
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Responsibilities

• Scan put-aways to reserve locations
• Pull from Reserve (PFR)
• Handle cartons and pallet movement
• Use shrink wrap to secure pallets
• Operate PKMS on handheld device to perform tasks
• Move pallets to and from various zones as required
