Job summary

TWB, Tailor Welded Blanks, a joint venture of Worthington Steel and BAO Steel, is hiring for a 3rd shift Forklift Operator/Material Handler in Antioch, TN. Starting pay is $21.00/hour plus a $0.55/hour shift differential. Work Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with overtime and strong benefits.

Qualifications

Forklift experience required.
Basic math and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and safety‑minded.

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move materials throughout the plant.
Load and unload production equipment.
Supply materials to production lines.
Monitor production equipment for proper operation.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
Package finished products for shipment.
Complete production paperwork accurately.
Assist machine operators with setup and production as needed.
Follow all safety and quality procedures.
