Job summary

Graham Packaging Company in West Hazleton, PA is hiring a Forklift Operator (Material Handler) to work 12-hour night shifts from 6:30pm to 7am. You will move, stack and transport materials, support production lines, and ensure accurate handling of raw materials and finished goods.

The role requires safe forklift operation, attention to detail, reliable attendance, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year forklift experience preferred.
• Regular, predictable and punctual attendance is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks within instructions and routines.
• Effective communication with team and supervisors is essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move pallets of finished product to staging areas and trailers.
• Perform safety checks and battery maintenance on forklift; report issues.
• Assist with inventory and material handling to support production schedules.
• Keep accurate records of materials used and produced; document discrepancies.
• Support stock handlers and other teammates during breaks and shifts.
• Follow safety, GMP, and quality policies in all activities.
