Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Jonesboro, Arkansas is seeking a Warehouse Stand up Forklift Operator to help move frozen foods in clean, organized facilities. The role supports daily fulfillment and safety in a fast-paced environment.

This position offers weekly pay, benefits, paid training, and growth opportunities. A valid forklift license, HS diploma, and ability to work a flexible schedule are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to be a team player and able to work within a diverse work environment.
• Demonstrates accuracy and reliability.
• Must be punctual with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Follow contract performance measurement guidelines.
• Ensure accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for the automated packing system during production hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
